SWOMPS (Sequentially Working Origami Multi-Physics Simulator)

The SWOMPS simulator package can capture the complex multi-physics behavior of active origami systems. It provides five different loading methods and allows users to create arbitrary numbers and sequence of loading methods easily. The package also allows users to stop the simulation at a specified step and continue the loading with different loading methods. The package can capture the compliant creases, large mechanical folding, heat transfer, inter-panel contact, and electro-thermo-mechanically coupled crease actuation.
